Still working with these little monsters on adapting to dry kibble. They remain adamant they much prefer it fixed up for them... But they're slowly coming around. Nearly had a clean plate club this morning with only slight blending and moistening!

Wow they are getting so big so fast! I’ll have to get the name of your preferred dog food again. 😊

They do grow fast! I feed Victor. The adults eat HiPro Plus. The pups Professional. While growing rapidly you want to keep the protein content around 26%

I am shopping for a harness for our guy and I’m looking at the weights on them. I know around 8 weeks they range around 15-20 lbs and it seems weight gain is about 3-5 lbs a week (looking at your past litters 😉) we are getting our pups at 9 weeks so should I expect 18-24 lbs? Do they continue to gain as quickly as 7,8 and 9 weeks? Sorry just trying to get as much info as possible lol

This is my first breeding between Ritz and Galtero. That being said, they were born lighter and seem to be running a bit lighter than some pups of past. A twenty pound pup at 8 weeks is a BIG pup. I don't think these will be as large. Weight at maturity? Only time will tell. Not sure about harnesses. I usually recommend the adjustable 10-12 inch nylon collars.

The pictures are great and love seeing them interacting with each other. Saturday is just around the corner, it is harder then you think when it comes to the picking of a fur child. Last year I had been watching 2 pups and once we got to Debs we picked a completely different one. The process took a while. There’s so many little personalities to play with.

That happens often Lisa... People come with a pretty clear idea of who they'll choose but ultimately a pup chooses them. And as you know I don't rush the decision. I enjoy watching the process. And everyone it seems enjoys playing with pups!
