One More Name To Add To The List!

The pack enjoyed another morning into early afternoon playing with shoe laces, gnawing on ankles and doing their best to trip up our guests. Maybe saying "Pick me-Pick me" but going about it all wrong! And once again I enjoyed a great visit from yet another lovely couple! Jackie and Scott arrived with a plan to set claim to their boy! As is usually the case there were a couple pups up for consideration. They went back and forth as I often see people do! Then the decision was made! And just like that Purple became Leo. Leo is headed to a fabulous home with Scott and Jackie who like many in the group have previous Doberman experience. Seems once you've lived life with a Doberman it's hard to imagine living it without one. Scott, in so many words confirmed that's the case for him. 

And with the pups settled within the safety and security of their indoor habitat, another round of rumbles from above are nearing. Seems we're back to our "old normal" of PM thunderstorms. I recall saying how much I missed them in recent years but I've got to admit now that they're routinely happening, they're taking a little getting used to. On the other hand, it's kind of nice to be forced indoors at a reasonable hour.  I'm taking the opportunity of an early entry and an evening ahead of me to get the pup pages updated... finally!  For the most part the photos were taken last Thursday and Friday with the exception of Red who I finally managed to catch in front of the lens today!
