Some Personality Starting To Show!
Yesterday at some point during the day when I was back and forth and in and out of the pup room a pup would bark each time I walked in... but I was never quick enough to figure out which one it was. Today when I took a few of them out to finish up the photos for their pages it dawned on me it was most likely Pink! Not only did she give me the basic woof, she gave me the rolling woof woof woof wooooof!!! She gets the prize today for being the "most up" and "most confident" as well as having the "most impressive bark". And like Green yesterday, she's developed a fondness for my lap. She's also a quick little girl and may end up being the "firecracker" of the litter. Too soon to tell though. The pups as a whole are still not totally comfortable being out of their nest and into the great outdoors with all it has to offer. They're quick to be consoled though and are becoming quite cuddly. Yellow however stood out by expressing her displeasure with being uprooted from the familiar and wins todays award of having the "very best howl". She even drew Khya's attention who felt a need to make sure everything was OK. Maroon, Purple and Orange didn't offer up a whole lot out of the ordinary and were just glad it was all over when their photo shoot was complete and they were back in the safety of their corral. I did notice Maroon, aka Piggy has a pretty thick neck and Purple has a fairly long tongue but that's about it... I hope you enjoy the days "extras".... the next few days will be pretty quiet as far as entries go.
