Just wanted to let everyone know your pups are happy and well. They spent quite a bit of time out this morning wrestling with each other, then napping in the small dog run. It was a pretty morning with lovely temps and the bugs had not yet discovered their presence ...
Unfortunately my desire to get everyone's photo taken one last time for their puppy pages was seriously hampered by the blasted biting yellow flies that have all but taken over the area. I tried to spray down enough to tolerate them but they are unfazed by Deet. And while they don't seem to have any effect on the dogs, either the pups or adults, it bothers me to see them on them. We enjoyed a short but sweet romp in the yard today before heading back in and they are on me like glue. Such sweet, and rambunctious pups. You guys are going to love them and they are more than ready to shower their love on you.
I did in fact take a bunch of photos Tuesday morning and I think a few on Monday but since I didn't get everyones photo taken, out of fairness, I won't be updating any of the puppy pages. Not now anyway... maybe later. I'm not sure who's more disappointed, me or you. In any event, I'll post some of the better ones I took over the course of the weekend in some format or another. I apologize to those of you, most likely all of you, who have been checking for updates the past few days and finding none. I can't apologize though for taking some time off for myself and my own pup Remedy. It was needed and I tell myself deserved. I'm sure, being the dog lovers you are, you can understand.
And hey, the wait is almost over. A week for some, a little less than that for others.
