The pups and I had a good morning and an opportunity to meet yet another awesome family who wait patiently for the weeks to pass. Katie, Rich and their darling daughter arrived this morning and after some deliberation came to the conclusion that "Tank" was the boy for them. They chose Red and have named him, not Tank but "Zuma", a name selected by their four year old daughter.
Once everything and all things settled, I realized I'm still feeling rather melancholy... This too shall pass but I'm going to give myself the afternoon and a nap I think. Later, some Chinese take-out is a strong possibility.... and maybe a movie with my pack.
Next up Linda, who informs me she's excited to arrive tomorrow and claim one of the girls as her own. More of what I need! Visits and puppy playtime never fail to give me a lift! :-)
