But now that I know you're following, checking daily to sometimes several times daily I guess I'm in a position of owing you some photos... I got wrapped up in a project today but will snap some tomorrow and get them loaded. I confess I didn't even get their 2 week weights done today. But tomorrow as they say is yet another day. And by not doing it today, it gives you something to look forward to tomorrow. :-)
We do have a new development though as follow up to the post I created a couple days ago. Jordan volunteered to create the litter page and actually already has it up and running. Thank you Jordan!
I'm hoping each of you will join but understand some of you may not be fans of Facebook. It's rare to find someone these days who doesn't hold an account but I'm aware there are those who don't.
Anyway, for those who would like to participate the link below should take you there. Unfortunately, weebly doesn't allow direct links so you will have to copy and paste it into your browser for a search.

Once there, either Jordan or myself as administrators will accept your request to join. The page or group is one of "closed" nature to protect the privacy of individuals participating as I'm aware the "openness" of Facebook in general is one reason people site for not using it. Posts in group can only be seen by members and no one outside of group knows of individual member participation. I think the "closed" nature provides the added sense of security many seek when it comes to Facebook posting. I've had several people admit they don't like or use Facebook but like the idea of a litter page and do in fact use and enjoy FB for that purpose alone. Members included in the other groups include the pup owners of course- sometimes husband and wife or significant other, sometimes just one or the other, and in a couple instances pup-grandparents. I think it's reasonable to have close family members who'd like to join do so. We did have a bit of a debacle on one group early on as the pup parent who set it up had no way of knowing who belonged in a "closed" group and who didn't. She unknowingly allowed a few who had no reason to be there in and kicked a couple people who should have been there off. As a result, and for that purpose only, she made me co-administrator and Jordan for the same reason has too.
So... a little about the pups. They're doing great! Eyes are wide open! They're looking around and moving about with purpose. They're walking but still only a short distance, maybe 4-5 steps before falling over. Still very wobbly. They're also starting to gnaw on each other a little bit which seems to be their first feeble attempts at play. Their ability to bark is growing too. Last night I heard my first rolling bark. A woof woof...woof! It was a bit muffled sounding.... and absolutely adorable!
Photos and weights tomorrow.... I'll try and get them done early in the day!
Hope you have great nights!
