All pups' eyes are open. Some fully and some almost there. Pink's eyes opened first. A couple days ago. Research states, despite being open, they're still unable to see. Maybe shadows. But over the course of the next few days, the shadows become more vivid and meaningful and they'll start moving about with a degree of purpose. For what ever reason the camera generally picks their eyes up as blue. Often they appear to be going different directions and with a sort of film covering. To look at them though, their eyes appear black and will later lighten to a dark brown. We'll still see a bunch of photos with eyes mostly closed going forward. Outside of nursing they don't spend much time awake. Yet... Hard to believe these guys are nearing two weeks already! Progressing well. Feeble attempts to walk but they're trying.

Debi. Very interesting about their eyes and sight. I never knew that. The blue is a gorgeous blue.

I didn't know it either till I started raising pups... They can't hear for a couple weeks either. Thought that was interesting too. Their ears are actually closed when born. Open within 2-3 weeks.

They're all so stinkin' cute. How's Blue doing? He's melting my heart...the pic of him curled up next to Remedy's head a couple posts back is priceless.

They are cute aren't they... get cuter by the day. Blue is hanging in there. Holding his own. Maybe not quite as strong as a few of them. Hard to tell at this point. But he can get powered away from the milk bar. That Orange girl is a flat out glutton! Strong little lass!

Hey Debi. What a load of cuties! So exciting to watch them grow and wow what a momma Remedy is. Little Boy Blue is looking good I do hope he is doing well now. Looking forward to meeting them all in a few weeks. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving Debi. Take care.

I'll be setting appointments toward the end of December. Timing might be a bit rough factoring in holidays. Makes no difference to me but hopefully things go smoothly for the group. The pups will be 6 weeks on the 23rd. So I'm thinking of getting the ball rolling with selections about then. Understandable if people can't make it till after Christmas. And since it's not a large litter, shouldn't be too difficult to get everyone here before the pups go in for crops.
