Back home from Blue's Vet visit! Thank you! -each of you who have been rooting for him along the way. And Sandra, a special thanks to you for rooting so loudly! He's still a sick little babe but at least now I have answers. And most importantly a plan going forward!  Today's answer was quite possibly the best answer I could have hoped for. Blue was diagnosed with pneumonia by X-ray. In hind sight I wish I would have taken him in weeks ago...  I followed the direction though of the vet who saw him at the time of dock and dews. Almost... I went a half week early and decided to take him to the Vet who will, when it's all said and done, be the one that will place him under anesthesia. Right along with his litter-mates hopefully. As long as he recovers well enough and quickly enough. He received a shot at the office today and I was sent home with morning and night meds to administer for the next ten as well as script for nebulizer treatments. We'll do a repeat check and X-ray on January 3rd. His appetite has improved greatly and finally I'm feeling really good about the little guy! He's a trooper and like the others, he's wormed his way solidly into my heart! 

As far as the rest of the litter goes, I managed to get their weekly photos done yesterday. Fortunately!!! Once again we're facing rain! It came down in buckets today and is expected to continue through tomorrow. Not sure what happened to our dry season. Seems to me it's been pretty wet! Hopefully things will dry up before Saturday for the first of our scheduled visits. I'm excited to watch the selection process and to get the chance to meet each of you face to face!
