It is here that we'll continue to get to know each other and build a rapport! And it's here that you'll get to know the pups... one of which, for some readers, will become theirs. I remain hopefully we'll have the right number of pups and of the right sex to satisfy all who wait. I've shown Remedy her list and I've been whispering words of encouragement in her ear over the past couple months. But first and foremost, as always, I wish for an easy and uneventful delivery for my girl. And second, a pack of robust and healthy pups -regardless of sex.
Remedy's whelping box is set up and ready and she's shown some interest in it. She did a cursory dig last night. Early yet but she seems to have a good idea of what's going on. She's caught glimpse of others before her. Might be that or might be that she's just a really smart dog. The latter I know to be true. Papa's a smart and willing one too so I expect no less from their offspring. With less than a week for our due date Remedy's doing fabulous... a little more glued to me than normal. She's feeling perky and absolutely, without a doubt, showing her condition. Still beautiful... Glowing as they say.
